Return Method

All returns must be sent by mail. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Include your order number and reason for return in your email. We will provide you with the necessary instructions and a pre-paid return label.

Item Condition

We accept returns for both new and used items. For any item to be returned, it must be in the same condition that you received it.

Restocking Fee

Steps to Return an Item

  3. Print the return label and securely attach it to your return package.
