How We Address Your Concerns
Here’s how we resolve issues under our Happiness Guarantee:
Quality Issues:
If your Storyboards arrive damaged or defective, please send us a photo of the damaged item and we’ll replace the affected tiles at no additional cost.
Shipping Issues:
If your order is lost or arrives later than expected, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
Other Concerns:
If you’re not fully satisfied with your Storyboards for any other reason, simply let us know. We’re committed to finding a solution that makes you happy.
To activate your store credit, please be sure to first login to our VIP User Portal, then assemble your order, and you will see that your relevant store credit will be automatically applied at checkout.
