You may return items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase upon receipt of the item/s in original packaging.
Items returned after 30 days of purchase will not be eligible for a cash refund, but can be exchanged for store credit. Store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item/s and can be used for future purchases.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your receipt or proof of purchase. It may be required to return the item/s.
To activate your store credit, please be sure to first login to our VIP User Portal, then assemble your order, and you will see that your relevant store credit will be automatically applied at checkout.
